When things are quiet
When the house is too quiet, while I am at the Computer, I have to wonder what the litte munchkin is up to! He is pretty good about entertaining himself for short periods of time, which is very nice.
I thought it had been quiet for too long, so I went to investigate and found Isaac, not only playing in the bean drawer, but he had crawled in and was dumping them all over the floor. He had a good time, helping me sweep them up afterwards! He is a little devil sometimes, but all he has to do is flash that smile and my heart just melts.

Wow! Isaac looks so grown up in that second photo.
I can relate to this all too well. You think you are getting a lot done because for some reason the kids are abnormally quiet and "well behaved." Then you go to check on them and realize...yep, more messes to clean!
I know, he is growing up so fast. Hard to believe he is going to be 2 in february.
These photos were from a few days ago, and while I was writing this post, he was in doing the same thing again, and again, we had to clean up the mess! (at least they are easy to sweep up.
At both preschools our kids have gone to, they use rice instead of sand for the indoor sandbox...I still think this is messy. Especially on carpet. (much better than sand though)Beans would be much easier to sweep.
